If you're expecting a fine dining experience, try someplace downtown. This place is a dive bar that serves the standard bar food AND Chinese!!!
Strong pours and reasonable prices. The Chinese, IMHO, is the best in town. The chicken and pork is crunchy and hot. The hot and sour soup is exactly that. Hot and sour.
Don't come with high expectations. Just come to have a good time with friends. Don't forget to take a look at the Delorian, if you're a fan. -

My favorite place to go out, not crazy like LED no fights just fun and singing, awesome workers too. I love the owners they have known my mom for the longest time and they're sweet. Fun honest place for a Friday night out.

Even though I watched the bartender pour Jack Daniels into the glass & top it off with coke, I'm about 98% sure that the whiskey poured was NOT Jack Daniels. I did not check the receipt to see if I was charged for a call drink, however I would suggest ordering well drinks since it seems they are all of the cheap variety. Or just stick with beer.

This review is only for the bar side and not the restaurant but damn! This place is FUN. I've heard about Asia Garden for years but I got my karaoke fix at the Shed before it closed so I didn't visit until recently. First off the place is huge. You walk in, there's a lounge area with a long winding bar and you turn the corner and there it is: a dance floor and KJ. Everyone gets in on the singing, even the bouncer. Drinks are cheap and they party well into the night. There are definitely some regulars you don't want to annoy but if you want to dance and sing and be merry come to Asia Garden on a weekend. I always envisioned a Chinese restaurant with a corner where people would sing but the dining room is completely separate. This might just be the best bar in Anchorage and the best part is it isn't downtown.

Went to Asia Gardens for karaoke with the family. So much for all ages karaoke! They kicked us out of the karaoke area because we had the kids with us. Ruined our party even though it clearly says !ALL AGES! on their website!!
